I seem to have developed an affinity for streetlamps, something that will become apparent whenever I get around to loading the rest of the photography into DCR.
I'm fairly pleased with the above shot - the sun was annihilating my face. I couldn't see the CCD display through my goggles and could barely make it out with them off, but hey. Composition. Or something.
Wander around the park enough and you'll find (left) just about the only angle of the Oakland skyline that shows the Pitt stadium, and (right) several fairly nice angles on the Cathedral Of {Leaping|Learning}, AKA the Phallus Of Oakland, AKA the Pitt Wang, AKA the Academicock. This shot was taken from the lawn of the Phipps Conservatory on the way back from my Park Stomp.
