Everyone in the building has been told to clear out. "Fortunately" this came in the form of a voicemail with a 12 day deadline. Legally, an eviction notice has to be served in writing with a 30 day lead time.
So we've got some wiggle room... but those who've taken point on keeping this place running aren't terribly interested in wiggling. I don't blame 'em, frankly.
I SHOULD be able to handle this one myself - unlike last time there isn't much to move. It's just a matter of finding a place and getting my stuff there.
Will post an update within the next couple of days, after this round of looking-at-places is over.
